Meeting announcement
The meeting is a joint initiative by the Queensland Protein Group and the Sydney Protein Group. This two-day conference is an excellent arena for established and young protein scientists to mix on an equal footing in a relaxed atmosphere.
One of the primary goals of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for younger protein scientists to present their work - most presentations are selected from submitted abstracts. Two key note speakers, Prof. N.E. Dixon (Uni. Wollongong) and Dr A.M. Buckle (Monash Uni), will add a little seniority to proceedings.
The Queensland Protein Group and Sydney Protein Group are sponsors of prizes for the best student and postdoctoral presentations.
